My practice focuses on accessible maternal health care, naturopathic solutions, and trauma-informed intergenerational (ancestral) healing for BIPOC families.
As a medical intuit, social justice facilitator and certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist, I’ve served over 150 birthing mothers with LA collective Sugar Heal Gang, produced a fertility podcast with my loving husband, and joined “The Fourth Trimester Vaginal Steam Study” at the SteamyChick Institute.
Currently we are developing Mimiya — a community care app for postpartum mothers — and Primordial — a restorative superfood porridge.
